Sandhills CC Caddell Center

The work in this proposal includes the new construction with site improvements of a wood framed training facility in Carthage, N.C. Spaces will include classroom & training areas, restrooms, a breakroom, as well as mechanical and storage spaces. The existing facility will be removed from the site as part of this project.
