Construction of a ±4.7-acre C&D Landfill expansion, including but not limited to clearing and grubbing, excavation and backfill, landfill soil base construction, construction of stormwater and erosion and sedimentation controls, seeding and mulching, and modification to the existing C&D Landfill access road.
