Hunt Center Lobby Renovations

The Town is seeking informal bids from qualified firms to complete construction renovations to the Hunt Center Lobby located at 301 Stinson Avenue, Holly Springs, NC 27540. The project consists of casework, interior doors, storefronts and glazing, signage, interior finishes, lighting and pathways for access control, coordination with the Town’s security vendor and other work indicated in the project manual.
