Wendell Commons Offsite Roadway Improvements, North Carolina
Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM, Thursday, November 20th, 2025 to the Kimley-Horn office at 1070 S Main Street, Suite 230, Holly Springs, North Carolina 27540, Conference Room Womble. Bids will be opened and read publicly for the furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of Wendell Commons Offsite Roadway Improvements, Project No. 011483013. A brief project description is as follows:
Construction of 0.81 miles of roadway including turn lanes, curb and gutter, and striping at the Wendell Falls Parkway/Eagle Rock Road Intersection. This project will also include pedestrian improvements, paving, grading, drainage, traffic signals, erosion control, and landscaping.

The following agencies have been notified of the project: the Associated General Contractors – Raleigh office, Accent Imaging PlanScope Plan Room after October 21, 2025.
