General Notice
TOLL SOUTHEAST LP COMPANY, INC. (hereafter “Toll”) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following project:
Roberts Road Townhomes Off-Site Sewer (hereafter “Project”), located in the Town of Cary and Wake County, North Carolina.
Sealed bids must be submitted in-person no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, October 10th, 2025 to Toll at Cary Town Hall, 316 North Academy Street, Cary, NC 27513 in the Utilities Department Conference Room, at which time bids will be opened at and read publicly for the furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the aforementioned Project.
A non-mandatory, virtual pre-bid conference will be held beginning at 2:00 p.m. local time on Monday, September 29th, 2025. Request a pre-bid meeting invitation via email at nate.harvey@kimley-horn.com.
Approximate quantities involved in the Project are as follows:
± 1,907 LF 8-inch SDR 35 PVC Gravity Sanitary Sewer
± 693 LF 12-inch SDR 35 PVC Gravity Sanitary Sewer
± 156 LF 12-inch SDR 26 PVC Gravity Sanitary Sewer
± 610 LF 12-inch P-401 Lined PC350 DI Gravity Sanitary Sewer
± 325 LF 24-inch Steel Casing by Jack & Bore
± 14 EA 4-ft Diameter Precast Concrete Manholes
The foregoing description shall not be construed to be a complete description of all work required for the Project.
The Project must be substantially complete within 150 consecutive calendar days
from the date of Notice to Proceed.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Accent Imaging, Inc. Prospective Bidders may review the Bidding Documents online and obtain digital and printed copies from the Issuing Office, 8121 Brownleigh Drive, Raleigh, NC, 27617 | (919) 782-3332 | www.accentimaging.com for a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100) for the printed set plus electronic, or Fifty Dollars ($50) for electronic only, plus sales tax and delivery. Plans must be purchased through the Issuing Office to be placed on the bidders list. Bids will only be accepted from companies listed on the bidders list.
