Business Park Pump Station & Force Main Improvements

TOWN OF HOLLY SPRINGS

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Holly Springs until Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 2:00 pm and thereafter immediately opened and read publicly for the Business Park PS & FM Improvements Town of Holly Springs Project No. 21-011. The project is generally described as follows:

The replacement of two existing submersible pumps, addition of two additional submersible pumps, bypass pumping, electrical upgrades, generator replacement, site piping and fitting installation, flow meter installation, surge relief, general site improvements, and the installation of approximately 7,400 LF of 16-inch PVC force main and associated air release valves, manholes, and fittings.

Plans, Specifications, and Contract documents may be seen at the office of the Executive Director of Utilities & Infrastructure, Holly Springs Municipal Bldg., 128 S. Main St., Holly Springs, North Carolina, on the Town’s website at www.hollyspringsnc.us (available for download), and at the following electronic plan rooms: Carolina Plan Room, Carolina AGC, iSqFt, Planscope.com (Accent Imaging), PlanHub, Bidclerk, Construct Connect, NC Institute of Minority Economic Development (NCIMED), Dodge Data & Analytics, and HCACarolinas.

REQUIRED: Plan holders are required to sign up for “Construction Bids” notifications at www.hollyspringsnc.us/bids.aspx for further project notifications/addenda. A NON-mandatory pre-bid and site visit meeting shall be held at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at Business Park Pump Station (151 Rough Leaf Lane).
