NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a non­ mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 21, 2025@ 1:30PM. Bidders may attend in-person or virtually. The in-person pre-bid meeting will be held at Town Hall, 128 South Main Street, Holly Springs, NC 27540. Information for virtual attendance can be acquired by emailing tohs_ucwrf_labopsbldg@hazenandsawyer.com. A site visit will be available to bidders immediately following the pre-bid meeting, no additional requests for site visits will be permitted.

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Holly Springs Finance Department until Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 2:00 pm and thereafter immediately opened and read publicly at Town Hall in the Council Chambers located at 128 S. Main St., Holly Springs, NC 27540 for the UTLEY CREEK WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY LAB & OPERATORS BUILDING, Town of Holly Springs

Project No. 22-010a.  The project is generally described as follows:

The Town of Holly Springs is seeking bids for a single-prime construction contract for a 7,900 square foot administrative building. The building will be conditioned and will house a Lobby, Conference Room, Individual Offices, Lab/Lab Office, Workstations, Break Room, SCADA Room, Process Control and Glassware areas, Electrical/RV AC Rooms, Restrooms/Lockers and Storage. The work is located in Holly Springs, NC at the Utley Creek Water Reclamation Facility site (150 Treatment Plant Road, Holly Springs, NC).

 Beginning Friday, May 9, 2025, the Contract documents will be made available to perspective bidders. Printed copies of the Contract Documents are not available. Electronic copies will can be downloaded from the Town of Holly Springs bid page (www.hollyspringsnc.us/bids.aspx), free of charge.

 REQUIRED: The Town of Holly Springs bid page shall serve as the official source of information for this project. Plan holders are required to sign up for "Construction Bids" notifications at www.hollyspringsnc.us/bids.aspx for further project notifications/addenda.
