Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed Bids will be received by Orange Water and Sewer Authority from Bidders until 2:00 P.M., local time, on 27th, May, 2025 for CIP No. 375-01, Project: “Briarcliff/Ridgefield Neighborhood Water Line Replacements” at the Jones Ferry Road Administration Building, 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, North Carolina 27510, at which time the Bids received will opened and read aloud.

Beginning on  28th April, 2025, the Contract Documents will be on file in the Administration Building, in the Administrative Offices, 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, North Carolina. Printed copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from Accent Imaging for a cost of $225.00 at  https://www.planscope.com.  Interested  bidders  may  also  contact  the  Engineer  at krista.paredes@freese.com for a digital copy of the Contract Documents at no cost. Partial sets of Contract Documents will not be made available.

The Contract Documents may be viewed free of charge at the Administrative Offices, located at 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, North Carolina Mondays through Fridays, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.

Bidders shall attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 11:00 A.M., local time, on May 14th , 2025 at the Administrative Offices, located at 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, North Carolina.

To ensure that all Bidders are kept up to date on any Addenda, changes, or information notices, please send an e-mail to: krista.paredes@freese.com indicating your intention to prepare a Bid for the Project. Failure to complete this step may render your Bid as non-responsive.
