Project Name: GoRaleigh Passenger Amenity Improvements – Set 9 - READVERTISEMENT

Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00PM on Wednesday, June 11th, 2025, at the GoRaleigh Operation Center at a meeting in Room 123, 4104 Poole Road, Raleigh, NC 27610, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of the GoRaleigh Passenger Amenity Improvements – Set 9 - READVERTISEMENT Project.

After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the Bid Form for the performance of the Contract.

The Project consists generally of the following major items: Bus stop and site amenities, to existing and proposed bus stop locations as shown on the plans. The work will generally consist of clearing, grading, concrete pads and sidewalks, installing amenities, traffic control, and other related items.
