Sealed bids should be submitted to the attention of Mr. Garrett Johnson (Finance Department – Town Hall), Town of Wendell, 409 Landing View Drive, Wendell, North Carolina, 27591 and marked "EB-6048 WENDELL BLVD. SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS".
Bids will be received at the Town of Wendell, Finance Department, 409 Landing View Drive, Wendell, N.C. until 3:00 p.m. on January 22, 2024.
The project is generally described as follows:
EB-6048 consists of approximately 1,820 LF of sidewalk improvement along Wendell Blvd. (BUS 64). Project will include grading, drainage, paving, curb and gutter, traffic control, pavement markings and markers, utilities, erosion control, signing, and other related items as shown on the plans in accordance with these specifications and plans. All work shall be performed in accordance with the North Carolina Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures dated January 2024 with all amendments and supplements.

A pre-bid meeting for explanation of the project requirements will be conducted at 10:00 AM on January 10, 2024 in Council Chambers at 409 Landing View Drive, Wendell, North Carolina, 27591.
