Sealed proposals will be received by the County of Wake in the Purchasing Department, Suite 2900, Wake County Justice Center, 301 S. McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 3:00 p.m. Thursday, October 12, 2023* at which time they will be publicly opened and read for the Wake County Rural Center Repaving at 4021 Carya Dr #160, Raleigh, NC 27610.
Complete contract documents will be open for inspection in the offices of the Engineer; Partners and Affiliates of the ConstructConnect Network / iSQFT (www.isqft.com) which includes Carolina AGC - Raleigh Branch and the Hispanic Contractors Association of the Carolinas - Raleigh Office; Dodge Data & Analytics (www.construction.com) which includes F.W. Dodge - Raleigh Branch and McGraw Hill Dodge – Raleigh Branch; North Carolina Institute of Minority Economic Development (NCIMED), Durham; or may be obtained from the Engineer as PDF formatted digital files. Documents will be available starting on September 21, 2023. No plan deposit is required.
