Sealed Bids are invited and will be received by the City of Raleigh until 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at the offices of the City of Raleigh Engineering Services Department, Suite 400, Raleigh Municipal Building, 222 W. Hargett Street, Raleigh, NC. Please contact Lee Mai at Lee.Mai@raleighnc.gov if you have questions about the bid drop off location.
The bid opening will be held at the City of Raleigh Municipal Building located at 222 W. Hargett Street on the fourth (4th) floor (Conference Room 419). In addition, it is strongly recommended that each submitting firm send only one representative, and that all current CDC and Local rules are followed concerning social gatherings.
After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner/NCDOT reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance, and the time specified in the Bid Form for the performance of the Contract.
There will NOT be a Pre-Bid Meeting since this project is being readvertised.
