The City of Raleigh Engineering Services, Construction Management Division and Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department (PRCRD) invites construction firms to submit Sealed Single Prime Construction bids for the renovations to the Biltmore Hills Community Center. Bids shall be for providing labor, material, and equipment entering into a Single Prime Contract for the Biltmore Hills Community Center Renovation located at 2615 Fitzgerald Dr, Raleigh NC 27610. Construction shall be completed within 150 consecutive days.
a. The project includes interior finish renovations of the 15,816 sf Biltmore Hills Community Center, a new front entrance addition, providing a HVAC system for the gymnasium, and other miscellaneous renovations as noted on the plans and specifications. Construction of this project includes but not limited to the following trades: site and earthwork, concrete, masonry, asbestos removal, demolition, metal framing, drywall, limited roofing, interior cabinetry, flooring, painting, tiling, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.
Beginning April 24, 2019 complete printed and electronic contract documents can be purchased from Accent Imaging at (919)782-3332 and by registering with the Architect of record. IPS website will post all addenda. Contractors are responsible for distributing documents to all sub-contractors.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on site on May 6th, 2019 @ 11:00 am at Biltmore Hills
Community Center (2615 Fitzgerald Dr. Raleigh, NC).
