 Sealed bids should be submitted to the attention of Mr. Brent Quick, Town of Holly Springs, 128 South Main Street, Holly Springs, North Carolina, 27540 and marked "21-027 – Avent Ferry Road/Holly Meadow Drive Signal".

Bids will be received at the Town of Holly Springs, Finance Department, 128 South Main Street, Holly Springs, N.C. until 2:00 p.m. on May 31, 2023.

The public opening will be held on May 31, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., in the Holleman Room of Holly Springs Town Hall, 128 South Main Street, Holly Springs, N.C. at which time the BIDS will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The project is generally described as follows:

The AVENT FERRY ROAD/HOLLY MEADOW DRIVE SIGNAL Project consists of converting the existing 2-way stop controlled intersection located at Avent Ferry Road and Holly Meadow Drive to a signal controlled intersection. Project will include

signal installation, loop installation, junction boxes, directional drilling, signalized pedestrian crosswalks, and other related items as shown on the plans in accordance with these specifications and plans.

Plans, Specifications, and Contract documents may be seen at the office of the Executive Director of Utilities & Infrastructure, Holly Springs Town Hall, 128 S. Main St., Holly Springs, North Carolina; on the Town’s website at www.hollyspringsnc.us (available for download), and at the following electronic plan rooms: Carolina Plan Room, Carolina AGC, iSqFt, Planscope.com (Accent Imaging), Bidclerk, Construct Connect, NC Institute of Minority Economic Development (NCIMED); documents may be obtained after April 10, 2023 at the Town of Holly Springs, Engineering Department, Holly Springs, North Carolina upon non-refundable payment of $150.00 per set in cash or check. Postage and handling charge of $25.00 will be added for any items which are mailed.
