Southern Pines Waterworks Dam Tree Removal Repairs

SCOPE OF WORK

Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as:

1.       Provide access to site via the downstream side of the dam east of the concrete spillway with temporary timber mats.

2.       Stump and tree removal, including removal of root ball, for trees noted on the Contract drawings. Removal includes excavation of materials surrounding root ball and backfill with select fill in accordance with Contract drawings.

3.       Stabilization for all disturbed areas with topsoil, seeding, and mulching.
