15-501 West LLC (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
15-501 Signal Improvements
Sealed Bids for the construction of the 15-501 Signal Improvements Project will be received, from Bidders, by 15-501 West LLC, at the office of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. located at 421 Fayetteville Street, Suite 600, Raleigh NC 27601, until 2:00 PM local time on December 1, 2022 at which time the Bids received will be opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work
The Project consists of constructing signal improvements at the intersections of 15-501 and Northwood High School Road/Russet Run and 15-501 and Charger Boulevard/Mosaic Boulevard. The Project has an expected duration of 365 calendar days. All work shall be performed in accordance with the North Carolina Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures dated January 2018 with all amendments and supplements.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis bid allowances as indicated in the Bid Form.
