Hammocks Beach State Park – Campground Improvements SCO#: 16-14436-01A

Sealed proposals will be received by the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources at the front desk of the Hammocks Beach State Park Visitor’s Center located at 1572 Hammocks Beach Road, Swansboro, NC 28584, on November 3, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for Campground Improvements - Hammocks Beach State Park Mainland Development Phase 1.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, October 11th at 11am at the Hammocks Beach State Park Visitor’s Center located at 1572 Hammocks Beach Road.

The scope consists of the construction of a shower house, camper cabins, tent camp sites, RV sites, sidewalks, natural surface trails, parking areas, paved access road, paved campground loop road and utility infrastructure including all work normal, necessary and usual in the construction of such improvements.
