This project is being rebid due to the City not receiving a sufficient number of bids during the initial bid period.
The City of Durham will open sealed formal Bids submitted by qualified Bidders at 11:00am EST on Thursday, September 8, 2022 for Contract #12848 and #12849, Project: Homeland + Aiken Stream Stabilization at the Department of Water Management Administration Building – Training Room A, 1600 Mist Lake Drive, Durham, North Carolina 27704. Bids shall be delivered to 1600 Mist Lake Drive, Durham, North Carolina prior to 11:00 AM EST on Thursday, September 8, 2022.
The Project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete installation of 430 linear feet of sanitary sewer and restoration of 1,500 linear feet of an UT to Third Fork Creek near Homeland Avenue in Durham, NC and installation of approximately 932 linear feet of sanitary sewer and restoration of 1,700 linear feet of Goose Creek near Aiken Avenue in Durham, NC.

Beginning 8:00 AM Wednesday, August 17, 2022, the Contract Documents, may be reviewed online and be obtained from Accent Imaging, 8121 Brownleigh Drive, Raleigh, NC 27617, (919) 782-3332, or at www.accentimaging.com. A hard copy of the plans, contracts, or electronic files may be obtained a non-refundable fee of one hundred and twenty five dollars ($125.00) plus sales tax and delivery for hard copies, and digital copies for sixty dollars ($60.00) plus sales tax and delivery for digital copies only. Plans must be purchased through Accent Imaging to be on the bidders list. To be sure all bidders are kept up to date on any Addenda, changes, or information notices please send an email to Rebecca Stubbs at rstubbs@mcadamsco.com indicating your intention to prepare a Bid for the Project. Failure to complete this step may render your Bid non-responsive.
