The City of Durham will open sealed formal Bids submitted by qualified Bidders at 2:00 PMon Tuesday,
June 14, 2022 for Project: Lakewood Avenue Sewer Replacement at the Department of Water
Management Admin Conference Room, 1600 Mist Lake Drive, Durham, North Carolina. This project is
being re-bid due to the City not receiving a sufficient number of bids during the initial bid period.

Beginning Tuesday, May 3, 2022, the Contract Documents may be reviewed online and be obtained
from Accent Imaging, 8121 Brownleigh Drive, Raleigh, NC 27617, (919) 782-3332, or at
www.accentimaging.com. A hard copy of the plans, contract, or electronic files may be obtained at a
non-refundable fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the hard set plus digital, or seventy-five
dollars ($75.00) for digital only plus sales tax and delivery. Plans must be purchased through Accent
Imaging to be on the bidders list. Bids will only be accepted from companies listed on the bidders list.

The Contract Documents may be viewed, free of charge, at the City of Durham, Department of Water
Management, 1600 Mist Lake Drive, Durham, North Carolina with an appointment.
The Project Manual including Bidding Documents, Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications,
including the drawings, will also be on file at the following locations:

Bidders are encouraged to attend the non-mandatory pre-Bid Conference Call at 2:00 PM on
