Sealed proposals will be received by Jessica Jones until 3:00 PM on April 14, 2022, at Wilson
Community College Lee Technology Center, Building R, Room 104, 4815 Ward Blvd, Wilson, NC 27893,
for the construction of Building S at which time and place bids will be opened and read for the
furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of:

Building S – SCO ID #19-20182-02A

The New Building S will be located on the Lee Technology Center, located at the corner of Highway
301 and Ward Blvd in Wilson, NC. The new stand-alone building will be approximately 12,336 square
feet with an additional 2,800 square feet of programmed outdoor space to support the building
construction technology, hvac technology, and electrical systems technology programs. The building
will contain classrooms, faculty offices, and hands-on training lab space. This building is a
single-story steel framed type IIB construction, non-sprinklered, with combination brick and formed
metal panel cladding. The scope of work includes associated site and utility improvements.

Bids will be received for single prime contractors. All proposals shall be lump sum.

Pre-Bid and Preferred Brand Alternates Meeting

Contractors interested in bidding as prime bidders are required to attend the open mandatory
pre-bid and preferred brand alternates meeting, which will be held on March 24, 2022 at 3:00 PM, at
Wilson Community College Lee Technology Center, Building R, Room 158/159, 4815 Ward Blvd, Wilson,
NC 27893. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid

2022. A refundable plan deposit of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) in cash, check payable to
Accent Imaging, or credit card is required for each set. The full plan deposit will be returned by
Accent Imaging, via mail or credit card refund, to those bidders provided all documents are returned to Accent Imaging in good, usable termined by HH Architecture) within ten (10) days
after the bid date. Contractor will be required to pay for all shipping.
