for the Bass Lake Retreat Center Parking Lot Town of Holly Springs Project No.18-013. The project is generally described as follows:
INFORMAL
The replacement of an existing gravel parking lot with a new asphalt one, to include curb and gutter and sidewalk. Alternate bid includes the asphalt overlay of the existing asphalt parking lot at the project site.
Plans, Specifications and Contract documents may be seen at the office of the Director of Utilities
and Infrastructure, Holly Springs Town Hall., 128 S. Main St., Holly Springs, North Carolina.
Copies of Plans, Specifications and Contract documents may be obtained after November
24, 2020 at the Town of Holly Springs, Utilities and Infrastructure Department, Holly Springs,
North Carolina upon non-refundable payment of $200 per set in cash or check.
