INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Southern Pines is soliciting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Weymouth Woods Booster Pump Station Generator.
Sealed Bids must be delivered via mail or email to James Michel, 140 Memorial Park Ct., Southern
Pines, NC 28387 no later than 2:00 PM, May 8th, 2020. The Bids will be privately opened and read at
this time. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.

Bidding Documents may be examined free of charge at the following addresses:

This Project generally consists of furnishing and installing the following:
100kW permanent generator
Associated site and electrical work
A hard copy and electronic copy of the plans, contract documents and project specifications may be reviewed online and be obtained from Accent Imaging at 8121 Brownleigh Drive, Raleigh, NC 27617, 919-782-3332, or at www.accentimaging.com. A hard copy of the files may be obtained for a non-
refundable fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) plus sales tax or a digital copy for ten dollars ($10.00). Bidders must purchase documents through Accent Imaging to be on the bidders list.
A bidder’s bond is not required for this project. Contractor must execute the Contract, bonds and
certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
The Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the Bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating bid prices, to reject any or all Bids, and/or
waive formalities. Incomplete or qualified bids will not be accepted. Bids may not be withdrawn
within 90 days from date on which bids are opened.
