Sealed proposals will be received by Noelle B. Woods, Purchasing Manager for the County of Wayne until 3:00 PM on Wednesday September 27, 2017, at Wayne County Finance at 224-226 East Walnut Street, Goldsboro, NC 27533, for the construction of the Farmer’s Market at the Maxwell Regional Agricultural and Convention Center at which time and place bids will be opened and read out loud.

Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents will be available for viewing and purchase beginning September 5, 2017 from Accent Imaging (8121 Brownleigh Drive, Raleigh, NC 27617). Hard copies of the bid documents may be obtained by contacting Accent Imaging of Raleigh, NC at 919-782- 3332 or by using their online plan room at www.planscope.com and entering the requested information.
The purchase cost of the bid documents is non-refundable. Contractors will be required to pay for all shipping.

Contractors interested in bidding as prime bidders are to attend the open, non-mandatory pre-bid
meeting, which will be held on September 13, 2017 at 3:00 PM, at the Maxwell Regional Agricultural
and Convention Center Project Site in the construction trailer at 3114 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro NC.
Wayne County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and also reserves the right to accept the bid most advantageous to the County.
