When you give your project to Accent Imaging, we scan
your drawings & specs, index the files and upload to PlanScope.
You also have the option of uploading drawings yourself right from
your office or any computer that has a web browser. Once posted, PlanScope
is like a virtual filing cabinet where the project files are stored... |
|
| |
|
|
| |
...and depending on your level of access you can:
|
View project info |
|
View topics and notes |
|
Send email to team members |
|
Edit project & permissions |
|
View and create markups |
|
Use measurement tools |
|
Download files |

After selecting a project, you will enter the folder tree
view which allows you to order selected
plan sets and/or specs.
After clicking on a particular plan set, you will see thumbnail
views of all the documents in the set. This view enables
you to move files, upload and download files, view event history
and check for the existence of markups.

View & Markup
Documents: |
|
 |
|
|
| |
Viewer and markup tools included with PlanScope allow
you to review, measure and mark CAD files, images, and documents regardless
of format and without changing the original file. All markups exist
as separate, non-destructive XML files, giving you the capability
to burn in/ publish markups and redactions to PDF, TIFF, DWF, and
CSF formats later. To use the viewer, select one of the document
in the file thumbnail view to open it in a special ActiveX
viewer. A toolbar will appear above this tool containing viewer
functions. To see additional markup functions and begin creating
a new markup file, click the
icon to open the markup toolbar.
